George Carlin Dies at 71

Comedian George Carlin died of heart failure in a Los Angeles hospital June 23, 2008. George began his career as a frequent character on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and has later made over 130 guest appearance on the show throughout his life. He was also the very first host of Saturday Night Live.
